Information we collect
When you submit a demonstration request or a contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company, job title, and the description of your order process.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a relevant demonstration, and discuss whether Order Ledge suits your operation. We do not sell your information.
Order data inside the platform
Order records, attachments, and messages processed inside a customer workspace belong to that customer. Access is restricted by role and separated at company level.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept for as long as it is needed to support the conversation and any resulting customer relationship, then removed on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have shared with us at any time by emailing privacy@orderledge.com.
