This website describes the Order Ledge platform. The information here is provided for evaluation purposes and may change as the product develops.
Platform access
Access to the Order Ledge workspace is provided under a separate written agreement with each customer, which sets out service scope, responsibilities, and commercial terms.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, assigning appropriate roles, and reviewing order information before releasing it to production.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and maintained. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance wherever possible.
